Feedback required from MBF members on Unified Requirements for approval of Lithium Battery Systems IACS

All MBF members are invited to provide feedback on the draft of the Unified Requirements for approval of Lithium Battery Systems created by the members of IACS, the International Association of Classification Societies as part of the Joint Industry Working Group on Safe Decarbonisation (JIWG-SDEC). The process for providing feedback will be as follows:

Kick-off meeting with introduction of the Unified Requirements for approval of Lithium Battery Systems by Paolo Scialla.

After the kick-off meeting the draft will be shared with all participants, who will have time until Friday the 1st of August to send their feedback and comments to director@maritimebatteryforum.com

In August, the exact date to be determined, we will meet to discuss the comments received and finalize the feedback which will then be provided to IACS.
